  TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE UNTIL FRIDAY 10/9.

  $125 per Individual Ticket
  OR

  $1,100 per Sponsored Table
  (includes preferred seating for eight (8) guests, two (2) bottles of wine, and $25 per guest to the Casino)

  ALL GUEST NAMES MUST BE INCLUDED AT REGISTRATION.
