St. Paul's Hot Lunch Program
We are happy to announce that we have contracted with Sheild Catering of Eugene to supply our hot lunch program. Hot lunches are available for purchase Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. Orders can be placed through the Family Portal.
- All orders must be placed by Monday at 8:00am for the week.
- Any orders submitted after Monday at 8:00am will not be honored.
Monthly menus will be available as they are scheduled.
Here are some of the things we’re most excited about:
Age-appropriate calorie ranges (based on USDA/Oregon guidelines) • Less than 10% of total calories from saturated fat • Zero grams of trans fat per serving • Low sodium content in compliance with age-specific targets • Whole grain-rich products for all grain-based items • A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables served daily • Low-fat (1%) or fat-free milk options • No deep-fried foods served onsite.
